Best place to upload?

So - Where should I upload leaks etc. without them getting removed?
Uploading e-books, files etc. etc. Not illegal stuff but leaks and such.
Also I'd need pretty much space on it, like 10 gb/account.
Also something that people can't see what else I've uploaded on the same account.
I don't want to use Dropbox. What would you suggest? Mega?

Mega is okay but sometimes it also can be taken down quite easily its more on how public is your linked information is how fast its ussually taken down.

I personally use mega nz to upload my files by zipping. I wonder if mega drop file when someone report it.

Mega.nz does honor DMCA requests, as does any content website that is located in either the U.S., European Union (per EU law agreements regarding DMCA), and other regions that have legal agreements w/ the US about DMCA.

If a DMCA request does not work, a cease and desist may be able to take it down as well. There aren't any absolutely safe hosts to use.

From what I remember, back in the day (and probably still practiced in a few places), the hosting websites would add a symbolic link to your account if the file was uploaded there previously (I think megaupload did this) . So, if you are making things available, say on two accounts on the same host, I would make the files a bit different from eachother, say by adding a little text file into the archive. Writing something small like "Hello" in the first file and "Hi" in the second file is enough to change the hash, and a takedown notice for one file won't take down the other.
