Processor overheating or how to make infinite lava in minecraft

Okay, so my processor is overheating alot when loaded 100%, my fan is too slow and my cooler even i've recently changed paste and removed all the dust doesn't do a good job at cooling my processor. Here's a screenshot

Any suggestions what to do?

Well if you changed the thermal paste correctly and that didn't work and you're not overclocking it then the only thing i can think of is buy a new cpu cooler cause yours might be too old.

But you can also clean your case vans and make sure one case fan is pulling air in and one is pulling air out.

Ideally you want a constant stream of air evenly going in and out of your case in one direction.

Like a constant breeze on a hot day.

It's not okay. Maybe your shitty box Intel cooler not works properly. Btw with that Temps your CPU gonna die just in 2 weeks

(i put a fucking dumbell on top of my cooler to push it down and it decreased temps by 10-15 C*, complex problems require simple solutions xd)

That means your cooler isnt mounted correctly
