First, i'll tell you what i know: You need to see the reason, not something complex, downgrade it to something simplicid, like you are explaining why it is good to a caveman. Also you need to tell yourself "NOW!" and start to work even if you will feel intense discomfort. Set time limits and remind yourself that the quicker the better. That's all i know and effectively use

So, the problem is that 1. The job that needs to be done is EXTREMELY boring and there's no way that i can make it a bit more interesting 'cause it requires concentration 2. I don't know how long it is going to take for me to finish it, feels like running blindfolded, 3. It doesn't seem to work when i try to dream about my goal or motivate myself, the impulse dies off quickly.

My efficiency is quickly dying, if you can help me - i will be very thankful, if not - share your experience with laziness

What I do to overcome is basically force myself to do it, When I force myself I actually do things, but your explanation to get rid of it works as well

To set high goals is crucial in this IMO. This is what we call high-achievers.

Change your mindset. We are usually laze when it comes to dealing with something that we find our self inadequate for dealing with it or we have great expectations and we are afraid of failure. It doesnt matter how hard it is, or how good are you with it, just start and laziness will disappear.

Well for example for the last few weeks I've been working on getting a darkrp server up, ive just been pushing my self to do it and reminding myself that it will just be easier if I just get it out of the way.

I don't really know since I am the God of laziness. Good luck for the future nonetheless
