Arena 1v1 servers are good
Retakes/execute servers are good
Warcraft Mod is good if you have enough players
Surfing mod
KZ/bhopping mod

surfing is definitely one of the best unless you are into hvh which is relatively fun but also really stupid

I think on skins and Hilka, and preferably anime skins
