Android is open source so I would feel more comfortable with a reputable brand's android phone. Samsung probably the best bet.

things like fb, tik tok and google are all stealing and using your personal data no matter the phone brand

I think in some way, when you join social media, you already knowingly give up a big chunk of your privacy.
Also, smartphones (Or atleast androids) are able to cross-reference your location, recent search history and even what you say next to them, and adjust ads accordingly.
But then again, can you do without them?

Your internet privacy does not exist anymore. You're ISP is tracking every website you access anyway. Then a lot of VPNs log your activity too, even if they claim they don't. Facebook, Google and more leave cookies to track your activity too. Thankfully, there is safety in the anonymity of the crowd. It is difficult for any of these companies to specifically find your information. Not that they care what porn you watch. Your data is part of Big Data, and the only thing they can do is track trends. Then they can advertise to you based on what trends you match. That's the real threat here.
