EXO Error on Signup

My members are running into this error when trying to signup and I can't figure out why.

Error code:EX0

This happens on the theme I have installed and the default skin. I'm using IPB 4.4.10

So I figured this out Stop Forum Spam was blocking all signups for some reason. Does anyone know of a free spam prevention plugin?
