You can level up by just playing the game normal of course it is gonna take a while or u can buy Exp boost to make it faster

Just play the games. Its just as easy as that. The only way to progress in a game is to play it and spend lots of hours doing so.

Just wanted to add that the most money efficient thing is to buy the champions bundles which cost basically the same as the corresponding XP boost it includes while also giving access to champion and skins.

Really just buy the XP boosts and play bots and arams. They don't last long and you can play so many of them that you will level up quickly
