Paypal to bitcoin?

Does anyone here making exchanges through paypal. I bought a prepaid card last night and it turns out I can't use it to purchase an item I'd like, instead I have to use bitcoin. Does anyone here make exchanges, or know of a place where I could exchange it fast?

I think you need to banned because of your name

Localbitcoin is amazing for that, I usally exchange to cash

my opinion is use some trusted user in some forums to exchange, coz their cost will be low and have great support....

its easy and simple but u have to Cash On delivery due there have many scammer.
