For me it's playing with better players and learning from them as well as seeing what works and what doesn't

Tbh playing is the best way, the more you play the more you're better at games!

I think just playing is not efficient enough, you need to watch your replay compare to better player and try to see what's wrong. Once you get something out of this try to focus on that particular aspect to make it natural.

work on your posture and mouse grip, id say that made the biggest difference for me along with monitor height.

Smash my head into it until I learn. Trial and error I suppose

practice, tactical thinking, mind games. You can be way better is you start thinking over before you act and predict enemy moves. If you know enemy tactics in most cases you can outplay even with low game skill.

by playing them more and gathering more experience with the game?

Lots of practice. Depending on the game things like map knowledge (big in first-person shooters) helps too. I never really wanted to believe it, but a better mouse, keyboard, and mousepad definitely helped me (mostly in R6: Siege). A monitor with a faster refresh rate I haven't noticed much a difference though (going from 60 to 120fps). But basically there's nothing like practice...lots and lots of practice lol.

by playing it every single minutes of your life and doing it over and over again?
