HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

When school is open, I usually sleep for ~6h.

On weekends, I usually sleep for 10h+ unless I have something to do.

Usually I sleep 7-10 hours depends on a certain date, but I'm good to sleep on their own view,

Sometimes I'm lucky to get 6, but, if you let me, I'll sleep for a whole 12 hours before slithering out of bed.

Anywhere from 4-9 depending on if i have work or not. Sometimes with work, i sleep multiple times during the day rather than one solid state of sleep.

i tyically try to get the 8 hours a day in , sometimes even less if im thinking about stuff before bed

7 hours is fine, 8 hours is ideal and 12 is the maximum. 8 hours.

I like to sleep, but I always get 4 hours of sleep because I don't want to waste time.

When i am very sleepy i sleep so 8 to 10 hours per day

I sleep about 8 hours a day. I go to bed late, full of work.

It depends, sometimes it's so hard to fall asleep i don't know why :/
