I wish I was in your country. Here it is illegal. And if found, there is a crazy jail term for you.

That's illigal in France, and if you get caught when driving, you loose your driving license, same as alcohol

unfortunately everything is illegal here except for cigarettes and alcohol..

It's 100% legal here in Michigan but not in the USA as the Federal Government still hasnt taken the correct approach

Here in Ontario I order it the day before, and it comes to my door the next day free. It's awesome.

It is for the most part. There are specific rules about how much you can carry on you, where you can smoke it, etc. But if a police officer catches you it doesn't mean anything will happen.
