best vpn to use?

Hands down, the best VPN is Nord in my opinion. Nord has P2p Servers.

I currently use NorthVPN, and I've no complaints thus far. In any case, a paid option is definitely your best bet. Something like Tor, or any free VPN options.

Many have already said this but NORD VPN is great for how cheap it is especially with the many promo codes out there.

Personal recommendation is Private Internet Access, I've been using them for years.

I love tunnelbear but it's way too expensive lol. I think nordvpn works great too
