How many genders are there ?

Didn't Joe Biden (or maybe someone else?) get asked this and answer "At least 3" just to be safe? lol

There are two genders, male and female. Each correlate with a biological sex.

I think there are three genders. Male, female, or hermaphrodite

that's like saying 'How many colours' are there. Easier to look at it as a spectrum instead of just the primary colours

Chromosomes say two. Anything else is a mental illness.

As many as you want. Who cares? It only matters in bureaucratic contexts. I don't care what other people do as long as it's not hurting anyone else.

Two. I just see it as nonsense that people want to detach themselves from biology. I would be more open to the idea if people from that community could define how many genders they think exist, but most will say you can't define that, or have some variation of an unsure answer, ending at the conclusion that they don't know how many. A society only exists with barriers and social norms, thats what makes it a society (other than trade, laws, and power). Without definition, you have chaos. Same idea as why the US has a judicial branch. Its a group of people put in charge of creating those barriers and avoiding chaos.

To tell the truth there are only two, but many say that there is an absolute inffinity.
