HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Usually around 7-10 hours. Due to some recent events, it's been a bit less, but hoping to fix that soon.

I need 7-8 or I'm just incapable of being productive at all the next day.

I wake up several times during the night. So, I would say I sleep 6 hours at max.

I usually sleep 5-9 hours per day, depending on if I have work or not. I take ADHD meds so sometimes it can be hard.

my sleep schedule is unfortunately all over the place. sometimes i sleep 2, other times 12. i would say an average of 4-6.

Usually 6-8... if I could get away with it probably 10. But when Im awake Im super energetic so maybe I just dont use energy as efficiently

Depends on where I'm at in life... sometimes 12, sometimes 4. :p

I guess it depends on how long I stay in VR. On weekdays, I get 5-6 hours, 8-10 hours on the weekends, and 2-4 hours if I fall asleep with my headset on lol.

My average is 8-9 though I can be somewhat functional at around 6 too. Anything less than that and I feel dead.
