HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Usually around seven to eight hours a night. But sometimes I randomly wake up in the middle of the night and can only sleep again when it's morning. Anyone else like that?

Around 7 hours a day, but no matter what time I sleep I always end up waking up around the same time lol so hard for me to sleep in T_T

if i really tried than 8 hours but with bathroom breaks sometimes but normally its about 6-7 hours

5-8 hours. I don't know why but now when I sleep for more than 8 hours, I just feel tired the whole day. I use to be able to sleep 10+ hours.

I sleep 9 hours since it's my summer break for school, but during the school year I sleep 4-6 hours. Despite how some seem to take prolonged sleep deprivation as a point of pride, I do not intend on maintaining poor sleep once I finish school; I refuse to spend the majority of my adult life exhausted and not optimally functional.

I sleep for as long as 20 hours per day. Like any good koala should. It can get interrupted by the odd asshat shaking the tree I'm in

i sleep around 5-7 hours after that mark i fell exhausted when I wake up

A rough average of 5 hours to 8 hours maximum. I find I don't really need less/more than that.
