Not anytime soon but at some point there will have to be a new version, when we reach a point where updating the existing game isn't enough because of new hardware or gaming trends.

Well, yes they can make another game for any game. But i dont think Steam will. They have made 3-4 CS games as its been streched.

I think eventually CSGO will be so outdated a new chapter will be released. But I think when they do release a new CS it wont be how it is today. I believe they will look at the most successful FPS games and try to make a game that has a little bit of everything.
