Yo, personally I really like the scenarios created by the community of the feed the beast or other style!

Equivalent Exchange 2, Gloriously broken. sadly outdated

My favorite mod is Ars Magicka 2, that now is being updated to Mana and Artifice to the new version of minecraft :D

My Favorites Mod is Flan's to play the war in Minecraft is awesome :D

Industrial Craft 2, BuildCraft, Iron Chest, ProjectRed

Chisel is the best. You can do so much cool stuff with it.

the new create mod is really good. you don't go into a gui to produce ingots or whatever. you build your machines yourself with your own creativity.

this is not a popular one but i love the trains mod that they used to have back in the day

Mowzie's Mobs. Man, I love that mod! It adds some cool mobs and bosses with awesome animations and fun battles.

In second place probably Ambient Sounds and Music Player, just to setup a nice mood.

my favorite mod for minecraft is JurassiCraft Mod because I find it very interesting to see its functions
