no themes are working in this version could you help me only showing font like writing when i refresh after adding new style and also adding all the other stuff for the style putting them in the right spots it tells me to upload them

i am also having the same problem i uploaded the js and style stuff and then the xml there are 2 xmls a child and a style one just wondering if anyone can really help me as i am stuck
