The best champion at the top?

I guess it depends. If you are facing someone without a gap closer and are against a tank team vayne would be a really good choice

No one will agree, but Quinn is strong.. He is fast, so you can split push and still be in time at team fights.. Best underrated champ!

although renek and darius are quite used in soloq

Malphite if you don't know how to get ahead/just want to be useful late game with ult. Sett if you want to get super ahead and want their jungler to come and harass you XD

Glass cannon pantheon from season 2. 5 bloodthristers (they stacked back then) + boots. 525 raw damage. 1200~ when crits. Those were better times.
