I was thinking that even if this game is so popular, other similar games in the past eventually died so I'd like to know what you think about that

I hope not! I've just managed to get a grip on Yi's shabangs. This game is hard... but very rewarding, thankfully :D

I guess it will be replaced at a certain point, by a fresher game. That happened to every games, except CS that is still alive in 2020

i don't think so, if they do it well they can reimagine everything with every season, look videos of lol in 2012 and now it's a total different game.
hope they fix their coding tho

in my opinion LoL is a game very similar to fortnite and in my opinion it will never die because there will always be new generations that will play

It might die just as all things in our Vicious cycle of life If riot will ignore some things it might die but it wont because too people doesn't look outside the box nor knows how to play on lemme say on acceptable level

League of Legends is a MOBA game and it will never die because the progress is never there. Each game you start over and try to beat your opponents progress. Making the game an infinite cycle and infinity does not end ^^

I don't think so. It's grown such a following it's hard for a game like that to die. Plus Riot puts so much effort into the content and lore. There's just no way.
