Simply no. Their meals h ave a high sugar content in the majority of their menus. Though yoy can use some of their foods for your Keto diet I guess?

They've been putting more health conscious items on the menu. However, if you're going to eat a big mac a few times a week, you are loading up on sodium and fat.

Some products are more healty than other (like vegetables, fruits), the meat is ultra processing. I think thatthe answer is a definitivenot.

Even the salads aren't healthy unless you ask for them without the dressing. I think I read the salads are even worse than a burger and fries because the dressing is so fattening.

Excepting the fried potates there isnt anything good, even cola sucks at mcdonalds, it have a taste like somebody has already drinked it once.

Just don't add sauce and don't eat fried potatoes ... if you eat mcdonalds foods 1 or max twice in a week, you are fine.
