HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

So under estimated sleep get the whole 8 hours daily you'll feel great.

just about only 3-4 cause been doing alot of things lately

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

I really do try to get 8. But it's usually 5-6 and I feel awful in the morning.

i wake up after 9 hours ramdomly like my body has a timer

5~6 hours in a shot. another 1 hour maybe during the day if I got too tired.

I try to go to bed around 8-9pm so i can get a full goodnights rest so i can have a productive day

When I'm sick, I sleep for 10 hours, on healthy days-5-6 hours.

normally 6/7 hours is enougth, also being a night owl and working early doenst help
