i have about half. you only need the ones in meta imo

i acctually could get all of them but in fact buying champs that doesn't seem mutch of entertaiment is not my thing also counting that the most of champs in lol are kinda simple for too simple and boring especially since i've been playing for 10 years :V

I own basically half of the heros and probably around 30 skins

I have all the league champs, got a few hundred thousand blue essence once IP was converted

I had all of them a couple of seasons ago, but then I stopped playing. Now I'm missing 4-5 champs.
