Optifine capes?

I came back to Minecraft recently and I thought I had an optifine cape, as I loved it so much I decided to help the cause. Perhaps they removed it?

i've never heard of it, mod?Or a data pack maybe? :blobthink:

It has not been removed, the covers are still valid however for you to view the game you need within the game, this is enabled in the settings, otherwise it will not appear
