What addons are essentials for a (GOOD) DarkRP server?

I've hosted a few servers in the past but I always seem to get lost in the addons catalog because there just to much for me to choose from.

Well... a good bank robbery one, mining, gun dealership and stuff.
It is mostly immersion stuff, that gives people what to do.

the addons i use for my server are:

blues DoN
Zeros meth
Zeros Weed
Zeros vending

it all depends how you want your server to be
