I dont like Chinese products. Chinese software always has backdoor programs.

I doubt it will get banned at this point in the US. Even if it did, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest. For one thing, I never use it and if it did get banned another platform would take it's place. This always happens, Vine is a good example of that. It was similar to TikTok where videos were short, and when that went down TikTok came along. Plus I heard people were starting to use Instagram again when Trump threaten to ban the app.

Already dead around here in the US. I'm not a 14 year old girl or an "influencer" so no, i dont really care. good riddance

Hahahaha to be completely honest.... I wouldn't even notice. I still claim it's a SnapChat wannabe social app

I would like it to go but it's never going to go and if it does someone will buy it or make an alternative.

I was just reading an article earlier where it seems with all the election drama going on, the US administration has seemingly forgotten about the plan to ban tik tok, so the parent company is trying to get the motions thrown out. I doubt it will ever happen, as the new administration doesn't seem like it cares, and the old one doesn't seem to want to follow through with it anymore.
