how old are you when you first watch anime

Was born early of 1998 starting watching anime when I was around . I initially watch tom and jerry when i was a child but slowly seeing anime such as digimon and pokemon. The idea of having a different world from us really entertained me and made me fall in love with it. Then slowly a tv network in my country started including anime for children to watch in the morning and afternoon and dubbing it with our language. Yu-gi-oh, onepiece, naruto, the OG hunterxhunter, law of euki, air gear god there's so much more. 2000s animation and art style was the best for me!

I think I was about 10 years old when I first saw Heidi hahaha

I believe I was around middle school age when the first anime series came out, I know I was in my teens when Pokemon came out and pretty sure Sailor Moon and DBZ was out before it cause I remember only getting to watch most of it during the summer cause we didn't have the channels the animes were on.

My siblings watched anime so I've just always remembered watching it. I don't even know what year lol. But my childhood, great thanks to it. lol

I was about 11 or 12 when my elementary school friends and I got into anime. One of the first that we watched was Yuyu Hakusho. Still one of my favourites today!

I was about 9 when my friends were talking about titans, and now it's my favorite anime.

Probably pokemon - around 95-2000 i guess?? Agree with the poster above me, Dragon Ball Z was a missed opportunity
