HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep 9 hours every 2 nights, i find it easier because of my work.

i sleep 6-7 hour in a week , but in weekend a going to sleep 9-10 hours

last night i got around 2, but the night before it was closer to 4. i've gotta fix my sleep schedule

Usually try to get 8-9 hours of sleep, but I can live with less

I usually get around 7 or 8 hours. I used to get less, and didn't realize how much that was impacting my productiveness as a human being.
