intel core i9 -9900K 3.6Ghz but im going to order the latest

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 8 Cores (16 threads) - 3600 MHz - 65 watts

I think lower power is better than 3800X higher power, I only render occasionally, and the rest of the time minor tasks.

Mine is AMD Ryzen 5 1600X - I'm quite happy with it, been using it for almost 3 years now and still works perfectly.

My CPU IS Intel Core i5-9400f CPU @ 2.90GH turbo 4.10 GH

I'm rocking an i7-8700k right now and I am really happy with it. I haven't faced any particular issues in all the time I've had with my CPU. Don't get me wrong, an upgrade would be nice but it's pretty unnecessary for me right now. The 8700k is really one of the best CPUs around.
