HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i probably get around 8 hours of sleep a day because i sit all day coding shit lmao

I usually sleep for 8 hours but I can never get up normally in the morning

I have to sleep probably 7 hours a day, it depends on the work the day before

At least 8 hours a day or you'll have a suppressed immune system

The more the better. I sometimes even sleep during the day. I love to waste time sleeping.

I generally sleep for either too much or too little. E.g 2-4hrs or 12-14hrs. Never get the right amt :/

Mine is completely random, can be 0 hours, 1-8 or even sometimes 10 hours... yeah...

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

I sleep for far too long. Usually 10 hours or more.

When I can actually get sleep, it's never more than 4 hours at a time. And it is never until like 4 am that I get sleepy.
