Funny London

So me and my friend were sat outside a pub in London, a man walks up to us. Asked us for a cigarette. Well. I quickly just give him one to basically imply fook off mate we are talking and he turns around and says the most funny thing I have heard.

"Hey I got weed, you smoke it you want some? " he proceeds in rolling out out his hand, there is a white like substance wrapped in clingfilm, and then the tiniest bit of green wrapped in clingfilm beside it.

I look at my friend who is visiting from US, she looks mortified. I sort of giggle and say "Nah mat you are ok" he vanishes rather quickly and I turn to Ali and say "Yeh the UK are very sharing...." errrm.
