NordVPN been using it for years, tried many other VPNs and they just weren't as good.

Surfshark right now offers very cheap payment for 2yrs.

There isn't one, it depends on your final goal, good price, no-logs policy, number of contries, streaming friendly and good bandwith

Personally I use NordVPN and I think it is pretty good. However some good alternatives are ExpressVPN, SurfSharkVPN,PIA and Astro VPN (astrovpn[dot]co)
