Do you think that aliens exist?

I believe heavily that aliens exist especially since I also believe many different races of aliens exist. Some of the human race believe we are alone in the universe because we have not formally met another alien race but if you think about it, every time a UFO is spotted what happens? Our government tries to shoot it down so of course, they don't want to meet us. Here is one thing to think about, I'm an actual Historian, the pyramids of Egypt were supposedly built by slaves for the Egyptian king's and queen's but man back then could not possibly know how to form those giant "bricks" that were laid for the pyramid let alone manage to carry them up on top of another giant "brick" to layer them all so who do you think taught them and helped them? Aliens, of course, aliens have been visiting Earth for a very long time and I can guarantee the government has already captured a UFO or two and have reversed engineered them, and are currently testing our technology mixed with alien technology. They don't want us to know because they think we'll all panic but truth be told, humans might surprise you as we can tend to be very calm and want to know more about the alien technology. Anyway, I'll stop there as I can go off on these rants about conspiracies. I'm a huge conspiracy nut.
