HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep 2 or 3 hours a day. Im always stressed and overthinking at night. Its sad. I know.

4 hours, when i am in my good time, programming make me sleep late T_T

Like 14. I like a nice long sleep because its like not being alive for a while.

On weeknights I probably get up to about 6 hours of sleep. I should try to get more though, because I'm always tired when I'm at work. On Weekends it varies to be honest with you, but I feel like I get more than 6 hours at least. xD I used to stay up until the crack of dawn when I was 19, but I didn't have a job back then so I spent my nights browsing the internet and posting on forums.

On work nights I usually get around 6-8 hours but lately I've been trying to get at least 9. Its honestly had a huge effect on my mood and well being during the day

I often have headaches, so I have to sleep at least 8 hours a day, slowly getting better

Sleep schedule is ruined; probably 5 tops. On the weekends I catch up with 12 sometimes a night

i try for 8 hours, however often i fail to get that many.

It also depends on schedule. I know people that survive off of four, but they are nuts

14 at LEAAST. MORE sleep = more time to fuck ur girl

5-8 hours, depends on what happens during the day or if there's a task that needs to be done.
