Why is the community so toxic?

There is people very toxic playing the game, I don't really know what is happening on their heads when they decide to run down a game and instalosing it

I think people get frustrated and have nowhere to turn the anger towards, so, they try to make everyone else mad with them. Pretty bad, but it's like road rage.
