How do you discover new music?

I use Spotify and Apple music compilations. But I want some kind of revolution, a way out of my comfort zone. So it was when I heard crystal castles and phantogram after pink floyd.

The best way is to check top charts or searching on youtube. Other than that listening to the radio and usingShazam.

8tracks.com and see what pops out. it has list of hand picked mix

I would say youtube or spotify is the best way to find new music.

Yeah, usually Spotify or Youtube. Pandora sometimes has some good music discovery too but I think they have fallen behind the new generation.

Spotify's Weekly Discover is pretty good for finding newmusic similar to what you already listen.

The Release Radar is what pretty much keeps me coming back to Spotify. Very helpful!

despite all their flaws, spotifys music algorithm is BANGIN, they nail it everytime.

Spotify is one way but youtube seems better for finding new releases

If you're trying to be a tastemaker, this is what I rely on. Or the discover playlist always seems to have a few i didn't know.
