I would recommend watching Vinland Saga. It's filled with action, emotion and story is really great. If you want something light and funny then watch Barakamon. It's really a different kind of anime and teaches you so many good things about life

If you like One Punch, definitely go check out Mob Psycho 100! The premise is very similar.

Cowboy Bebop is a masterpiece, and a must-see in my opinion! Attack on Titan is also really good!

Recommending Lupin the Third again. It's a great anime without any boring tropes.
