I present you the best films from my point of view, many questions to analyze, but focusing on a director I recommend you very much Martin Scorsese, any of his films

The Irishman
It's a movie about old actors, who were once stars, in fact they still are, but it goes back to that time of the gangster cinema that surprised us with every movie, in fact the movie is mainly about old mafiosi that go back to their old times, related to the mafias in the unions, it's slow, but really beautiful

The wolf of wallstreet

Drive

The director really walks around naked with this movie, the tones and colors depending on the scene are so good, when the main character is there the screen is full of sad blue, but when the companion who accompanies him in the movie appears, the whole screen is bathed in a warm orange, besides his references and his good music, I LOVE IT

Obviously let's not forget masterpieces like "Godfather (1 and 2)", "Scarface", "Interstellar", "Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049", but I didn't want to go into more detail, I recommend them equally.
