Bitcoinis notillegalhowever, so there may be room for tentative recognition of ownership over "the thing" because its valuable nature. Also, If someone hacks your bitwallet there are anti hacking laws in place (up to 15 years in prison) so thats something at least.

How will you steal it? It's only illegal if you're caught,

Stealing is always illegal, if you take something thats not yours you automaticly can get punished for that

Stealing anything is still stealing. Even if the bitcoin were proceeds of crime you would still just be stealing that which is already illicitly acquired.

Stealing Bitcoins is illegal and punishable under the law. This varies from countries though

You will get arrested and charged Don't try stealing one in future

Steal is always illegal. I never suggest to do like that.

This is actually a very interesting question and I think it comes down to the way it is stolen and where you are. The crime you get punished for could very well be related to your means of stealing rather than the theft itself.

If you have to ask the question: yes, it probably is, already or in a near future.

How would you access a bitcoin without breaking into someone else's account or stealing details?

Yes, I believe so too. But in some cases, there are also legal ways to trick people.

I would say that you would probably have to do something illegal in order to steal it or utilize it.

Illegal actions can be proven in hindsight even if you are not caught right away.
