Oh noes I fucked up again

I managed to have a normal sleeping schedule for about two weeks and it felt great. A few days ago, I went out and came home at 6:40am. Therefore I slept till 4pm.
And now my sleeping schedule is fucked up again.

I hate this. :noh:

Sleeping, when you know that your college time is passing, makes me sleep even more.

Mines was the same I used to sleep at 2am-6am everyday for months and months. Now I sleep from 10/11pm till 6:30am and with more sleep I struggle to stay awake and concentrate.

I feel bad for ya ... I've had the same problem going on for the past few years.

For a short time I sleep like a normal person and then for months on end, I can't sleep until between four & six in the morning and wake up any time between 7am and 12 noon .

Bar getting some sleeping pills (that don't always work), I can't think of anything that could help unfortunately.
