Started dorohedoro the other week and think its amazing. Pretty gruesome and dark. On Netflix

Steins Gate is a good watch if you're into mystery and time travel.

Cow boy bebop,

Bleach,

Full metal Alchemist.

That would be my three recommends. However Cow boy bebop is rated for mature people for sure as the comedy from time to time can be rather slow/brash/dark, Doesn't stop me from recommending it tho haha
