If you are going to game I do not recommend getting a laptop. Maybe try and save for a desktop. If you really need a laptop though for gaming then get an Asus.

I had the Aser Preditor for a while and it work great! The only downside was it had to be plugged it the use the 1660.

if you want a workstation laptop such as video editing or something similar to editing get a dell laptop but if you want a gaming it could be HP Omen or ASUS

The Acer nitro 5 looks hella fine for only around 350 to 700 dollars, depending on where and when you buy it.
