I am only a rank 2 I can't even play competitive yet.

DMG, it's not good ;( I don't play this game on 2 month

Since the new level system I'm Master Guardian II, I was Legendary Eagle...

I was and i'm still Legendary Eagle

I think I'm currently GN1, was ranked to GN2 after not playing for a few months, won 7 games and lost 1, deranked :')
I think the highest I have been is GN4 lol

Not really, don't devote a lot of time to CS.

I am Global, I don't do match making much anymore anymore, other then once every month to keep the rank ESEA all the way.
