what is the best version

The best version was the 1.7.10 to 1.8.9 because the new PVP system was introduced from 1.9

I like 1.14 1.12 and 1.7 for pvp because for me pvp in 1.9 it's bad lmao

In my opinion: 1.7.10
It have so many mods and it's very optimized, if you have performace issues you can use mods like betterfps or texfix

I still think the best is BETA, but i dont understand pepole who PVP on 1.8. This is stupid you can spam sword without cooldown. No shields and more.

The best version is 12.2 with a modpack survival minecraft is boring

If you want to play with tons of cool mods, then 1.7.10 supports almost all the best mods.

1.8.9 is the best in my opinion due to the graphics and pvp

Surprisingly not many people have said it, but I think personally the latest version of minecraft is the best... It is the most optimized, and has the most content. I can understand using previous versions, though. Pvp is definitely slightly wonky now after the rework

i like 1.14.4 best because i think its classic but idk why

For pvp, 1.8.8 is the best one, but for overall gameplay, 1.12.2. For server, 1.8-1.11.2.
