Most people are obsessed with getting the new phone. Generally from my perspective - they don't really "need" the new phone and they just want it. I mean it's fair - your money you do what you want, but most young people these days aren't that wise with their money. As with photography gear, people say that you should upgrade your bodies/lenses when you feel limited by your current gear. I previously had an Iphone 6+ which was constantly lagging, crashing and other problems with carplay - so I bought a Galaxy S10? Why? because I was having issues with my iphone.

Nope. It's just another trendy object to have at this point. Right now my money is being used for things like food and bills.

How to use this shit without mechanical buttons in a ten-degree frost? Or are iPhones made exclusively for the people of Nice and Miami?

nahh its overpriced and i currently have the iphone 11 pro max so its okay

Got it with my contract renewal. Pretty happy with it. Wouldn't recommend to upgrade if you have to pay it full upfront.
