Me, I sleep around 8 to 10 hours a day, because otherwise I'm tired

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

I sleep 4-12 hours per day, lol depends if I am working or not, my best record was 25 hours straight twice. LOL I am so sleepy >_>

i try to get at least 6, ive been using sleep cycle app and it catches every noise at night lol

i sleep roughly 20 hours a day. it helps me alot. good energy good rest!
