What would be the best settings for SEUS PTGI, or Sildurs Vibrant?

Have been messing with settings for a long time. I would like to get SEUS PTGI (newest) to work with Patrix's x128 resource pack. If anyone has any settings that keep quality and increase performance, it would be highly appreciated!

Sildurs is better because its more epic and i love to record videos with it

Low to Medium settings are the best for performance and don't sacrifice as much as it sounds like they do. You're only really supposed to use max settings for screenshots
