Serious Charged with felony [im not convicted]

Yea, thanks man im not sweating it im just getting prepared for when the day comes, do you think i have a warrant? since it did say i was being charged

If its a felony probably, as it was that way in my case. But if you did, they woulda been at your house already with cops so maybe not.

I may of been in more shit considering i got 6 assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill charges which is an e class felony i believe, i got off with 6 months and the other shit i mentioned.

Best answer to this is your miranda rights. Whether they'll arrest you or just interrogate you just tell them you choose to remain silent and speak to a lawyer first. They are obliged by law to abide by that. I advise AGAINST talking bullshit to them because they will definitely use that against you if possible. Just keep it cool, stay quiet, answer basic questions like your name, age and any means of identification if they ever ask you those, cooperate and request for a lawyer. Best of luck, man.
