what is the best version

1.7.10 is the best version for modding, pvp, etc...

For me its 1.8.8 because it has mods that I like that havent been updated

In my opinion, the most beautiful and stable version is 1.8.9

Any version from 1.12.2 to the newest snapshots. Although if you need some special mods, you can go to 1.7.10

For vanilla, the latest version is easily the best. For mods, I suggest either 1.7.10 or 1.12.2. Servers that are on 1.12 also run very well and without a lot of lag but sadly, the servers on the latest version does not work very well. :/

i agree with that

1.16 is the best version because is the recent and the modern version. Minecraft changed all for the future.

1.7.10 is clearly the best version for PvP, it also has a lot more mods available if you're into that.

my best version is 1.8 i like 1.12 too
i pvp a lot i pvp 1.8 and on 1.12
