Is GMod dead in 2020?

Sadly based on how things are looking right now, its pretty much dead. nobody really plays it anymore and its kinda depressing.

To be honest I think it could still survive if people were still creating gamemodes for it.

I think Gmod is nearly dead but its still an nice game and i think many more games will come like Gmod
